Where it all began ...

Meet Philip Veltom of Sindles Farm. 

  • Protecting the Countryside

    Part of two schemes, the Countryside Stewardship Scheme and the Sustainable Farm Incentive.

  • Our Wildlife

    20% of the arable acreage partly given over to wild bird strips and field margins.

  • Glamping on the farm

    Along with diversification into industrial untis, offices, container storage we also have started up a glamping site.

FARMING PRACTICES: What and how we farm here at Sindles Farm ...

Sindles Farm is a 500ac arable farm at the bottom of the South Downs National Park. Some of the farm is grassland where we graze 43 cows. Our arable crops include Wheat for milling, Rape for seed oil, Winter Oats and we also grow maize for use in our Anerobic Digestion plant which produces biogas as a renewable fuel

Sindles Farm is located in Aldsworth, Emsworth at the bottom of the South Downs National Park.
