Why create a farmers group?

How it all began and why ...

Two Harbours Farmers is a collaborative initiative funded by Natural England, bringing together farmers, landowners, and environmental experts to work in partnership towards sustainable farming practices and the enhancement of biodiversity. By pooling resources, knowledge, and expertise, this cluster group aims to improve the health of our environment while maintaining the viability and productivity of local farms. Through tailored support and funding from Natural England, the group will focus on delivering key environmental outcomes, such as soil health improvement, water quality enhancement, and habitat restoration. This initiative represents a forward-thinking approach to farming, fostering a resilient agricultural landscape where both nature and farming can thrive together.

Together Stronger

We feel that as a group of farms we are better placed to shape the landscape we work within, we can lean on each other for expertise and advice. Our aim is to identify our common goals and work towards them together, for a quicker and better outcome for all.

Our Partner Farms

The Two Harbours Farmers Group are located along the south coast of England between Langstone and Chichester Harbour in Hampshire and West Sussex, covering a combined area of over 2000 acres of land.
